- Carry out all testing on their own.
- Capability to drive innovations on her/his own.
- Perform assigned task on time.
- Discuss with suppliers about requirement. Attend and analyze trials on her/his own. Understand the requirements of RM.
- Liaise with planning, production, sales etc and carry out all development within stipulated time.
- Understand trial roll requirements and able to analyze or guide the team for testing physical, mechanical, technical properties.
- To attend trials at customer’s end and carry out important role to develop new value-added product for company.
- ** Requirement**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 3 years experience in R&D function in flexible packaging industry, experience in value innovation will have added advantage.
- Experience in R&D or product development in packaging industry.
- Knowledge about Raw materials, our processes, products, properties
- Able to communicate in English.
- Have good logical, analytical ability.
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 08:00 ~ 17:00
