Our client is a global business engaged in the shipping and logistics sector, including overland transportation and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Increasing and expanding the Overseas Network Agents (within GAA/WCA or other networks) or overseas customers as a hunter, developing growth of Sale Revenue, Business expansion, and relationship.
- Responding the requests from the Overseas Network Agents (within GAA/WCA Network) or Overseas customer inquiries and providing quotations for service as per customer requirement and relay SOP to the operation team once the customer confirms shipment.
- Ensuring focus on overseas sales hunting and service (Air Freight and Sea Freight).
- Ensuring that the requirements of the overseas agent are delivered through the completeness of shipment promptly.
- Organizing conference calls with Overseas Network Agents to discuss sales development when necessary.
- Sourcing for vendors, and suppliers who can provide the best service with better rate offers for Import freight charges from overseas agent networks, export FCL from Liner, export LCL from co-loader, export airfreight rate from airline or airline agent, shipping cost, domestic transportation, cross border trucking cost.
- Managing Cost Center, Pricing Center, and Overseas Customer Quotation Center.
- Improving and retaining relationships with Overseas Network Agents, ship liners, co-loader, airlines, airline agents, transporter, etc. for GL business expansion.
- Being market aware, understanding the competition, the environment, and the client's needs.
- Handling Cost & Tariff confidential, GL confidential are the most concerned.

**Qualifications**:

- Male or Female, 27 - 37 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Experienced in Overseas network development, Export-Import of Purchasing Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Transportation with at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Able to communicate with overseas agents and foreign customers. (Able to write, read, and speak English)
- Able to work 24/7 as the nature of overseas sales which might have to work with overseas agent network at nighttime (Flexible hour).
- Service-minded, able to work with a team, able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to work hard.
- Knowledge of Computer at least MS Office and E-mail.
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate.
- Can-do and positive attitude, Attention to detail.
