**Job Detail**:

- Logistic Officer (25K-32K) (SDG-103750)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์- 1. Take care of oversea clients and support internal salesperson / Managing Director / General
- Manager in term of import, export, sale related document and processes.
- 2. Ensure that there are no problem interrupting the product delivery schedule as agreed with client or
- take immediate actions in order to minimize the impacts caused.
- 3. Plan and manage stock accurately to ensure that there is no deadstock or product shortage in order
- to prevent order lost.
- 1.1 Prepare accurate proforma invoice, sales contracts, purchase orders and quotationsaccording to the
- clients’ requests
- 1.2 Coordinate with supplier in Japan to confirm ex-factory date and plan for shipment
- 1.3 Plan and check shipping schedule on both sea and air freight to confirm estimated time of departure
- (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA) with clients
- 1.4 Actively keep clients updated about the order status if there is anyunexpected issue such as production
- or shipment delay
- 1.5 Prepare necessary export and import documents and share with freight forwarders and courier
- companies
- 1.6 Work closely with freight forwarders and courier to complete custom clearance process and import/
- export activities
- 1.7 Prepare stock summary report on monthly basis and send to accounting department
- 1.8 Manage the physical stock at company’s warehouses
- 1.9 Perform stock audit with an external auditing company at year end- 1. ดูแลลูกค้าต่างประเทศและสนับสนุนพนักงานขายภายใน / กรรมการผู้จัดการ / ทั่วไป

- ดำเนินการทันทีเพื่อลดผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น
- 3. วางแผนและจัดการสต๊อกสินค้าอย่างถูกต้องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีสินค้าค้างสต๊อกหรือสินค้าขาดแคลนตามลำดับ
- เพื่อป้องกันออเดอร์สูญหาย
- 1.1 จัดทำ Proforma Invoice, สัญญาการขาย, ใบสั่งซื้อ และใบเสนอราคาให้ถูกต้องตามที่กำหนด
- คำขอของลูกค้า
- 1.2 ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเพื่อยืนยันวันที่อดีตโรงงานและวางแผนการจัดส่ง
- 1.3 วางแผนและตรวจสอบกำหนดการขนส่งทั้งทางทะเลและทางอากาศเพื่อยืนยันเวลาออกเดินทางโดยประมาณ
- (ETD) และเวลามาถึงโดยประมาณ (ETA) กับลูกค้า
- 1.4 คอยแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบเกี่ยวกับสถานะคำสั่งซื้ออยู่เสมอ หากมีปัญหาที่ไม่คาดคิด เช่น การผลิต
- หรือการจัดส่งล่าช้า
- 1.5 จัดเตรียมเอกสารการส่งออกและนำเข้าที่จำเป็นและแบ่งปันกับผู้ขนส่งสินค้าและผู้จัดส่ง
- บริษัท
- 1.6 ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้ส่งสินค้าและผู้จัดส่งเพื่อดำเนินกระบวนการพิธีการศุลกากรและการนำเข้า/
- กิจกรรมการส่งออก
- 1.7 จัดทำรายงานสรุปสต๊อกสินค้าประจำเดือนและส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชี
- 1.8 บริหารจัดการสต๊อกสินค้า ณ คลังสินค้าของบริษัท
- 1.9 ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสต็อกกับบริษัทตรวจสอบภายนอก ณ สิ้นปี- Thai nationality
