- งานประจำ- 1 - 8 ปี- กรุงเทพมหานคร- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 30,000 - 60,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Investigating patent utilization, commercial offensive and defensive value to help make decisions to maintain or abandon patents
- Supports all aspects of the company's intellectual property program, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Evaluates issued patents, prepares or obtains analysis, and ensures Project and Senior management is informed on aspects of intellectual property rights owned by other entities
- Maintain and update department files, records, charts and publications (including creating and updating files in database
- Oversee and direct the preparation of copyright registrations and recordation of licenses and agreements
- Development and coordination of a variety of projects leading to the generation of IP
- Advise and inform senior management of intellectual property matters
- Ensure that legal issues are communicated to business units.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree Laws or higher in related field
- 5-8 years of direct experience in-house or law firm focused on intellectual property.
- Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
