**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, regulatory affairs, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Ensure that the company's activities are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Thailand and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including distribution agreements, license agreements, and service agreements.
- Manage and monitor the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Work with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including registration, licensing, and labeling.
- Handle legal disputes and litigation matters, including management of external counsel.
- Provide legal training to employees on relevant legal matters.
- Keep up to date with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal counsel role, with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws and regulations in Thailand.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
