Stock Manager

1.Supervise and Control receiving - issue, appropriate condition and spec storage, checking products quantity, raw materials, tools, equipment and stationery in the stock area.
2. Plan, Manage and Control minimum and maximum of stock according to production plan.
3. Supervise, control and coordinate the receiving-issuing of products in the Stock with related departments and delivery of products to customers in time specifies.
4. Manage ERP system to support of receive product and product return to keeping the information up to date.
Receiving complaints or the requirement of other department, check, supervise and monitor of all areas related to the department.
5. Manage, supervise and control the stock’s access, Storage cabinet and those responsible for holding the responsible in the area of each employee.
6 Coordinate and monitoring with the planning, production department, sales, purchasing, QC department and to ensure that the activities of the stock department is in line and synchronize with the related department and delivery plans
7. Prepare a stock dept. monthly report as following
- Budget & Expense Monthly Report
- Summarize of performance result of department
- Provide and inform related department or internal discussion before update the work manual, workflow, work procedures and job description for positions in the department
8. General Management
9. Other tasks or project as assigned by Managing Director or by the Board of management
10. Plan, Manage, Analyze, storage space for objects, tools, equipment in the warehouse, raw material etc
11. Monthly and Annual inspection of raw materials, products, and raw material Planning.
12. Advise management on strategies to reduce cost and improve the procedures of Stock Department
13. Prepare the Forecasting the Annual Budget of Warehouse Dept.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Experience in stock management up to 5 years
- Accountability of responsible with management skills
- Honest, punctual
- Friendly
- Have skill of computer and ERP system
- Knowledge of English
