Factory Manager

1. Responsible for overseeing in-house production line, supervise daily production operations to ensure that the production process is appropriate and accurate as follows:
1.1 Control and check in-house production plan with order sorting consistent with production and delivery planning.

1.2 Check and verify working step to ensure that appropriate and accurate with standard time, work procedures, workflow, work manual, practice and regulations.

1.3 Ordering and editing work can be controlled to maximize productivity.

1.4 Check, control, supervise manpower planning, production capacity, quality and department’s efficiency.

1.5 Control, monitoring, follow up and tracking for quality matter of production in-house such as randomly sending the workpiece for quality inspection according to purity of silver or report of product verification from the trusted institute and reliable such as GIT (The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand).

1.6 Assisting in the production consultation within the department such as interaction between operations to solve technical challenging, timing conflicts and machine, tools and equipment etc.

1.7 follow up raw materials, equipment, tools, repair and maintenance outsource service that used in production to ensure timely and continuous production flow.

1.8 Check, updated and control operations to be safe in the workplace and requirements of relevant laws.

2. Check, Control and verify of production cost for in-house to ensure that appropriate, accurate, and budget-saving and not over standard price specified by costing or selling price of the company.

2.1 Prepare information determining the quantity of products that must be manufactured as Sample or reserved in the event of quality problems and control to prevent over production than necessary.

2.2 Control, Check and Tracking each production cost component to ensure that during production process meets costing requirements and made decision to take necessary actions in the event of cost increasing or cannot be controlled such as define Control, Preventive measures raw materials, products during WIP (Work In Process), Strategic planning of Cost management and Cost control policy as following.
- Raw material Cost.
- Manpower and Production Overhead Cost.
- Fuel and energy Cost.
- Consumable and Administration Cost.
- Maintenance Cost.

2.3 Analyze production planning adjust and change the capacity plan of in-house to suit the situation and sale order. Manage and checking production data, raw materials, production standard time and suitable production costs for improvement production efficiency.

3. Synchronize, share, update the information of In-House production department. And present, notify, clarify and verify to the related position or department for effectiveness of in-house operation system, delivery plan and performed well and without interruption as follows

3.1 Production Manager, Board of management, and Managing Director

3.2 Planning, Data, Product Development Department (DV), Production control, Sale and Marketing.

3.3 Costing, Stock and Purchasing department

3.4 Quality control department, Top management

3.5 Accounting & Financial, HR and Admin department

4. People Management

4.1 Evaluate the performance summary, such as targets, manufacturing cycle time, quantity of good and reject, in order to make recommendations to improve the production process to be efficient.

4.3 Support to building career development such as Submission of training to improve skills with professional institutions, Promotion or Relocation to give employees a clear vision in the life path and determined to develop progress

4.4 Control disciplinary and improve time attendance and behavior performance, overlook and consult on staff, monitoring employee performance, KPIs and department KPIs.

5. Preparing monthly report to management review every 5th of each month but no later than the 10th as following;
5.1 Performance report from the department such as Capacity of employee and machine, Target, Productivity, KPI score, time attendance and leave report

5.2 Achievement of shipment lead time according production and delivery plan.

5.3 Pending task or project report from the department assigned by company.

5.4 Skill training and develop technical or Project improvement to support the development of production efficiency.

5.5 Budget & Expense Monthly Report

5.6 Problem and solution suggestions from the departments.

5.7 Subject to be informed or update.

6. Other duties as assigned by MD

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-10 years’ experience in Jewelry’s industrial or Factory Management
- Able to use Microsoft office and ERP software
- Have a good relationship
- Accountability and Honest
- Have a good attitude towards to organization
- Have presentation skills and report preparation
- Have skills in tracking and negotiating
- Good command in English
