You are to handle Automotive OEM production planning, with the ability to take care cross SBU both running production scheduling and coaching newcomer into the team. You are to run scheduling for production, able to supply goods to customer on time whilst managing/monitoring raw material available, finished goods in proper stock level. Reporting to Operations Planning Manager. **Main Responsibilities** - Production planner must focus on KPI as following - Monthly Build Plan and Build Plan Adherence - Weekly Schedule Adherence - MTS MTO FMTO Stock to coverage - Raw material Stock accuracy and Raw material available - Raw material FIFO control & production batch control - OTIF - On time in full delivery supports - Will run Production scheduling in Automotive OEM production - Gather demands or monthly sales forecast to check Raw Materials availability for production plan or scheduling, issue the production batch, ensure that meet sales requirements and meet productivity, meet standard batch size and meet on time delivery to customers. - Running production scheduling to build inventory according to forecast from demand team - Logistic tasks, to partner the related functions for logistics processes such as Material planner, WH and Import & Export. - Adapt Lean manufacturing concept, find new way to be just in time, reduce unnecessary stock and unnecessary overtime of production to manage work life balance. - Prepare Monthly SIOP reviews. - Monitoring capacity and machine use whether it has enough to serve demand/forecast, raise up some necessary expansion if need. - Support implementation ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and EHS Management system **Qualifications** - At least 3 years' experience on paint chemical, chemical manufacturing, or similar business. - Planning experience more than 3 years - Experience to manage complexity. - Knowledge of process related to standard - Understand MTO, MTS practices. - Background in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent - Process management - Chemical management **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
