New Business Executive

Supporting New Business Manager on researching, identifying and pitching to prospective agencies and brands to achieve the department s revenue target.
Able to identify the new brand opportunities or trends that led to the revenue opportunities.
Able to sense the needs or inquiries from the brands with the clear understanding.
Become the strong team-player to support the project in providing suitable offerings that correspond with the clients requirements.
Prepare business cases and effective data to showcase with the brands, agencies or clients.
Proactively service clients and retain strong relationships with all key accounts.
Execute the implementation of campaigns/activations to ensure excellent delivery of all deal obligations.
Prepare post-campaign reporting and case study deck to summarize the deal s key highlights.
**Desirable Traits**: Bachelor degree or relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
Strong business development experience for at least 2 years with proven track record to deliver commercial results.
Work experiences in a creative agency or branded entertainment environment is ideal.
Prior experience working in a client-facing and/or sales role will be an advantage. Existing network of brands and agency contacts is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, extensive experience in client presenting / pitching and negotiating skills.
Creative and innovative. Ability to understand and identify new brand opportunities.
Good problem-solving skill and strong attribute in time management.
Passionate about music is a super plus.
