**The Opportunity**:
Our projects are growing bigger and more complex. We are currently pursuing to contribute to large enterprise platforms in various industries such as commerce, finance, and oil industries. And we need someone ready to grasp the opportunity with us.

**As our contractor, you will typically be assigned to a project at a time. Each project normally lasts 2 - 4 months, depending on our client's requirements. Some projects may require occasional on-site visits, especially in the initial stages.**

We are flexible with working hours, but you are expected to commit to delivering on time, attend all required (online or on-site) meetings, and be reachable during normal business hours.

As a Senior UX/UI designer at MAQE, you will spend the majority of your time delivering user experience solutions and enhancing the aesthetics that represent the brand’s strengths.

**Expectations**:

- _ Psst We're open to considering an associate-level (3-5 years) as well._
- ** Fluent in Thai and English.** Good at communication and presentation.
- Understand design thinking principles. Strong in user-centered design, able to adapt usability practices to meet different user behaviors, and a big plus for prototyping and testing methodologies.
- Proficient with Figma. Experience managing Design System is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment. Self-managed own tasks and able to identify blockers and potential risks.

**Your work may include**:

- Research opportunities:

- Conducting interviews, field research, UX audits, and usability tests.
- Also, facilitate or participate in design workshops.
- UX/UI design:

- Personas and Customer Journeys
- User flows and Information Architecture
- Wireframing and Prototyping
- Responsive design for multiple devices
- Create UI design that represents the branding and product positioning.
- Communicate with clients:

- Present research findings and/or design solutions directly to clients with the rationale behind them.
- Participate in a client meeting proactively to understand client business and gather design requirements.
- Translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into design deliverables (working closely with PM, BA, and/or PO).
- Cross-team collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure consistency across the product experience which integrates the client’s brand perception.
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team in recurring Agile/Scrum meetings.
