**ROLE**:
- To ensure the smooth and effective running of all aspects of the companies administration and office management
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Screen telephone calls and take message
- Draft letters / reports as directed
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Maintain/manage office, equipment/stationary/supplies
- Manage Administration Assistant, Housekeeper/Cook, Driver and all interns
**PERFORMANCE MEASURES**:
- Attendance, punctuality, accuracy, quality and timeliness of agreed outputs
- Teamwork and deportment
- Accuracy and efficiency vis-à-vis management of administration, office etc. etc. etc.
**KEY COMPETENCIES**:
- Organised and able to prioritise work
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written (Thai and English)
- Needs to be able to multi task
- Needs to be able to work well in a team
- Needs to be proactive
- Use initiative
- Needs to be flexible
- Needs to be able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**REPORTING STRUCTURE**:
- Reports to the Managing and Deputy Managing Directors
**This position requires Thai citizenship due to legal regulations governing the role.**
Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration and Office Management: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- Thai (Native or Bilingual Level) (required)
- English (Professional Level) (required)
