The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Relationship Building
- Build trust and foster long-term relationships between strategic sellers and the SPX platform, mainly Chinese-speaking sellers.
- Anticipate seller needs and proactively solve potential logistics issues that sellers might face.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sellers, ensuring effective communication in Chinese when required.
- Operations
- Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers, with the objective of developing overall operational performance, including presenting to Chinese-speaking sellers.
- Problem-solve any issues and cases that occur while using SPX services, with the ability to communicate solutions clearly in Chinese.
- Pitching and Onboarding
- Pitch and convert new corporate sellers — particularly Chinese-speaking sellers who currently use other 3PLs — to use SPX, with a focus on seller satisfaction.
- Onboard strategic sellers, including Chinese-speaking sellers, as required by business direction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Experience in operational analysis and performance reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Able to effectively pitch, onboard, and support strategic sellers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business-level conversational Chinese proficiency is required.
