**The Role**:
**Where you fit in**

You will lead planning and implementation of marketing activities related to Fuels portfolio in Retail sites, this include V Power and also main grades. Assist Senior Fuel Marketing Manager in developing multi years plan to grow sustainable brand preference of Shell Retail as well as Fuels brand which embedded HSSE, spend effectiveness and good discipline of PIR. The role also requires working closely with internal colleagues across e2e of Fuels and Retail business, Global Team and external agencies/partners to deliver successful integrated Fuels marketing plans & activation.

**What’s the role?**

You will be entrusted with the following:

- Develop the local brand strategy and lead the implementation of fuels brand development and related marketing activities that will enable the fuels business to grow sustainably and meet growth aspirations
- Work with Senior Fuels Marketing Manager to develop annual fuels marketing plan for the market unit
- Get full involvement and access to latest development of Government direction on Country Energy Roadmap, Fuel Portfolio & Bio-fuel agendas and deployment into Retail Network
- Being Fuel Government Interface Focal Point and being the pipeline talent for Retail Government Interface Focal Point
- Drive the implementation of Fuels and Forecourt product initiatives including marketing promotions at local level and share learnings with global team
- Lead to completion implementation of Fuels Marketing and Forecourt Activities within Budget and Timeline specified in marketing plan
- Intervene when plan timelines are not being met, provide update on plan performance and resolve under-performance when necessary
- Play an active role (working with partner agencies) in ensuring flawless execution especially on-site execution across all sites on marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring we uphold Shell Brand experiences according to Global Brand Standards and marketing plan

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years in Marketing and Branding
- Significant experience in Marketing Activation, Brand Management, and Customer Development (CVP)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, strategic articulations, and mindset
- Commercial mindset: business driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Good relationship management and communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing environment and circumstances
- Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading
