**ABOUT THE JUMP FOUNDATION**:
Our non-profit organization believes in inspiring, empowering, and engaging youth through collaborative and innovative transformational learning programs.
We offer a series of leadership activities suited for students at international schools and universities, including in-school and online programs (JUMP Schools and JUMP Connected) and outdoor adventure programs (JUMP Experiences and JUMP Adventures). We facilitate participants to develop personal, community, and inter-community leadership skills.

**OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE**:
The Senior Program Manager, JUMP Schools is responsible for overseeing and managing in-school workshops and leadership training programs. They play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the programs and driving positive outcomes for students and educators. The Senior Program Manager will demonstrate competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including:
**CORE RESPONSIBLITIES**:
- Program Management:_
- Manage, oversee, and execute the program management process for all assigned in-school workshops and leadership training programs.
- Ensure effective planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities
- Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with schools and educators
- Facilitation Team Management:_
- Coach Program Managers in effectively managing facilitation teams throughout the entire program lifecycle, including pre-program, on-program, and post-program stages.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality workshops and training sessions.
- _Monitoring and Evaluation:_
- Implement monitoring and evaluation processes, including conducting surveys, analyzing program impact, and preparing comprehensive end-of-program reports.
- Utilize feedback and data to drive program improvements and make data-driven decisions.
- Program Resources:_
- Manage the creation and customization of program resources, such as program handbooks for students, educators, and facilitators.
- Ensure that resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each in-school workshop and leadership training program.
- Financial Management:_
- Oversee program financial processes, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure programs are financially sustainable.
Program Locations and Staff Training:
- Maintain information related to program locations and coordinate location-specific training for staff members.
- Ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver workshops and training sessions effectively.
Program Management Process:
- Oversee the program management process for multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring consistent and efficient implementation.
- Develop and implement systems to support and sustain JUMP Program Management, streamlining processes and enhancing program delivery.
- Mentorship and Training:_
- Provide mentorship and training to contract Program Managers, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Share best practices, tools, and resources to enhance program management capabilities across the organization.
- Leadership Curriculum Innovation:_
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and innovate leadership curricula for in-school workshops and training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in leadership development and incorporate them into program design.
- Partnership Development and Revenue Generation:_
- Support partnership development efforts by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and identifying potential opportunities for program expansion.
- Contribute to revenue generation by ensuring the successful delivery and impact of in-school workshops and leadership training programs.
- Marketing Materials for JUMP Schools:_
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and effective marketing materials for JUMP Schools programs.
