About the Job The Scrum Master has full responsibility for coaching and facilitating the work of Agile teams. You will create stable and self-organized teams with a clear and engaging direction and help resolve impediments. You will assess the teams' needs and provide a suitable Agile approach in addition to providing Agile consultation services to the customer or management upon request. What you do- Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders in scope (Product Owner, Scrum Team)- Support the Scrum Team, Product Owner and Organization during product development and throughout the sprints, and keep all parties on track and informed- Find methods to effectively manage, arrange and optimize the product backlog.- Help communicate the Product Owner’s Wishlist to the project team.- Organize scrum events and ceremonies as necessary.- Lead and coach scrum adoption to the Scrum team. Build effective relationship with the Scrum Team and Product Owner- Coach, mentor and support the Scrum Team in Agile best practices- Support on the technical implementation of user stories- Implement changes and steps to increase the Scrum team’s productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes/implement best practices- Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency. - Graduate in Computer Science/IT/ Business or related field What you bring- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects which incorporate a significant systems component- Experience in Agile development of projects - Scrum in particular- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confidence to drive, make decisions and act autonomously.- Effective teams management skills- Formal project management training- Sound knowledge of insurance/financial services or other commercial/corporate environment- Insurance Business Knowledge- Insurance Systems Knowledge- Adaptable to change- Comfortable with ambiguity- Operate comfortably at all levels of the organization.- Aptitude and interest in continuous improvement- Pro-active and outcome focused- Efficient, fast paced work style- Capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environment.- Ability to work at strategic levels"- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written in English 64508 | Operations | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent **About Allianz Technology** Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
