Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

- Build the next-generation backend Authentication/Provisioning Platform services to steer digital evolution in financial industry with modern stack and Cloud native solution.
- Coach and facilitate team for daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
- Estimate and create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
- Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in Software Development in either technical or functional role.
- Experience in implementing agile techniques and run agile projects
- Experience working with agile collaboration tool such as JIRA and MS Teams.
- Proficient in Agile techniques: Kanban/Lean/SAFe, Capacity Planning, User stories, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Testing.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude. Help to make the whole team members working together efficiently in a good mood.
- Ready to work with people from different countries and different cultures
