**The Role**
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible, and energetic Lead Product Designer to lead and grow our physical product development team.
- **Important**:_This is a **physical product design role** (giftware, fashion accessories, merchandise goods)._ **It is not a UI/UX, web, or digital design position.**_

You’ll lead the **creative development**of our products—from initial sketches and prototypes to final samples—working closely with designers, suppliers, and the sales team to bring collections to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal and external graphic design teams to develop new giftware collection.
- Plan design timelines and organize task roadmaps for the creative team
- Work closely with suppliers in China to ensure pricing and production feasibility
- Assign tasks, track timelines, and actively follow up to keep development on schedule
- Guide junior designers and ensure clear execution of design directions towards the company vision.
- Ensure alignment between design concepts and business goals.
- Support the business by improving how we develop, present, and sell our products
- Align product collections with customer expectations and sales goals.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Strong design background, ideally in **gift products, fashion accessories, or merchandise goods**:

- Experience in **product development**, from concept to final merchandised product
- Clear communicator who can organize tasks and help the team grow
- Comfortable working with suppliers and understanding cost vs. design trade-offs
- Good leadership skills with high level of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset
- A strong eye for design trends, color, and consumer preferences
- Able to turn feedback into action and manage timelines efficiently

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible, and energetic Lead Product Designer to manage and grow our product development capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in design (fashion, accessories, or industrial) who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a sales-driven, hands-on product development environment.

You will lead the creative development of products —from concept to prototype—working closely with designers, suppliers, and our sales team to bring collections to life.

- Willingness to relocate to Yiwu, China

Pay: ฿26,019.00 - ฿48,785.00 per month
