**Position Title: Demand Planning Leader SEA**

**Reports to: Senior Manager, Demand Planning**

**Location: Ladkrabang, Bangkok**

**Job Summary**:
This position plays a key role in the delivery of the consensus and the best possible forecast via analysis and collaboration, which is a critical information in Sales & Operations planning process. He/She will interact regularly with cross-functional partners including sales, marketing, finance and supply planning to give full and timely visibility from downstream to upstream. He/She will be able to identify, quantify the risks and opportunities for better service level and lower total supply chain cost. The position would also need to drive continuous improvements on planning accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Duties**:

- Proactively drive the demand planning process - ensuring best practice processes are in place;
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders;
- Conduct relevant analysis regarding demand management;
- Drive improvement in forecast accuracy and attainment;
- Contribute to projects around process implementation and New Product Development
- Drive for low inventory and high service level.
- Initiate projects to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure all DP master data well maintained in the system.
- Risk and opportunity assessment to drive smooth supply chain.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Good English language ability
- 5+ years of experiences in Demand Planning
- Knowledge of Demand planning techniques.
- Strong business analytics and problem-solving ability.
- High degree of commitment to performance objectives (forecast accuracy, customer service and inventory targets)
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in SAP and planning system, say APO or other equivalent.
