1 Demand Planning
1.1 รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งหมดเพื่อนำไปสู่การคาดการณ์ในการขาย(ข้อมูลยอดขาย ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการขาย โปรโมชั่น และยอดสินค้าคงคลัง)
1.2 วิเคาระห์ข้อมูลอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อความแม่นยำในการคาดการณ์การขาย
1.3 ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดเพื่อคาดการณ์แนวโน้มการขาย กลุ่มสินค้า และโปรโมชั่น
1.4 มีความเป็นผู้นำและประสานงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการการวางแผนความต้องการ(demand planning process)
1.5 ทำข้อมูลต้นแบบการวางแผน โดยใช้ข้อมูลการตลาด และการขาย
1.6 รับผิดชอบเรื่องของแผนการจัดส่งภายใต้เงื่อนไขของสินค้าคงคลังพร้อมๆไปกับการตรวจสอบยอดขายเพื่อให้เกิดช่องว่างน้อยที่สุด
1.7 ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการตลาด และการเงินเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันและมีความเม่นยำในการคาดการณ์

2 Supply Planning
2.1 ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าการจัดส่งสินค้าถูกต้องและมาในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
2.2 รักษาระดับ ปรับปรุง ทำให้ข้อมูล ปริมาณสินค้า ระยะรอคอยสินค้า การจัดส่ง ยังคงมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
2.3 บริหารจัดการสต๊อก ในทุกๆเดือน
2.4 ติดตามข้อมูลการจัดซื้ออย่างใกล้ชิด ถ้ามีความเสี่ยงหรือมีข้อผิดพลาด ต้องรีบแก้ไข เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันสินค้าขาดสต๊อก
2.5 ตรวจสอบ KPI ของสต๊อก (มูลค่าสต๊อก, สต๊อกรายวัน, คุณภาพสินค้าคงคลัง)
2.6 ให้ลดการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่ไม่มีความเคลื่อนไหว (ยอดขายต่ำ) เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดสินค้าค้างสต๊อก

3.Inventory Management
3.1 ทำการปรับยอดสินค้าคงคลัง โดยได้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานมาจาก ความต้องการของลูกค้า และข้อมูลการตลาด
3.2 จัดทำรายงาน แนวโน้มสินค้าคงคลัง ให้กับผู้บริหาร
3.3 ระบุโอกาสในการขาย ความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับสินค้าโดยแบ่งตาม SKU, แบรนด์ของสินค้า ,และกลุ่มของลูกค้า เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้กับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการตลาด
3.4 ทำงานเชิงรุกร่วมกับ ฝ่ายขาย การตลาด การเงิน สต๊อก เพื่อวางแผนการจัดซื้อสินค้าและการจัดการสินค้าในสต๊อก
