**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
- Lead a discussion on demand planning in the Monthly Business Planning Process in order to get the consensus on demand plan between Nestle and 3rd party distributors.
- Ensure monthly business planning process drive with sell-out mind set and demand planners capture, prioritize, analyze and get input from generating Demand events; customer, consumer & competitor information; other external / internal trends and influences, which impact demand plan.
- Communicate relevant information to Senior Management by: Highlighting gaps, Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs, Ensuring actions and Demand Plans are realistic and achievable.
- Ensure product availability through supply planning in order to launch 18 months feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) and import arrival plan to for domestic sales while keeping stock at optimum or agreed level.
- Ensure effectiveness of Monthly Operation Review Meeting (MOR) by review the future supply and concerned issues with propose of possible solution for management decision making.
- Manage exceptional situations and solve complex supply problem, such as exceptional stock allocation, production priorities, production changes, promotion changes, aging stock, crisis management etc.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Factory Planning or IMS Planning from FMCG is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good negotiation, problem solving & convincing skills.
- Excellent command in English
