**Job Descriptions**:
1. Control, monitor, and track suppliers/sub-contractors in accordance with production requirements, and send tests to assess their skills and quality of work according to company standards.

2. Support and consult in production management to ensure the follow-up of work from suppliers/sub-contractors according to the production plan, including reporting production problems each month.

3. Analyze and resolve problems in accordance with the export plan.

4. Negotiate and control the prices of sub-contractor wages, and create a report on reduced prices compared to the SKU price.

5. Allocate incoming orders proportionally to in-house production and subcontractors/suppliers.

6. Control the quality of work from subcontractors/suppliers to meet company standards.

7. Evaluate and recruit new subcontractors, summarize the performance of out-of-supply mechanics to increase outsourcing capacity and reduce in-house production capacity.

8. Check billing, pricing, and verify before payment to subcontractors and per-piece payment to in-house employees.

9. Summarize monthly job payments for subcontractors and per-piece payments for in-house employees, ensuring accuracy before approval and submission to the Accounting department.

10. Prepare monthly reports for management review, including:

- Real cost of each order
- SKU cost changes
- Departmental and personnel KPIs
- On-time delivery and lead time reports
- Personnel and company silver losses
- Order status (weekly)
- Search for new subcontractors
- Update service charges and lead times of subcontractors
- Outsourced and in-house silver purity tests

11. General Management:

- Check, verify, and approve production document procedures.
- Train and coach staff members on work procedures, quality control regulations, and delegation of authority, fostering a culture of division, capacity control improvement, and efficiency suggestions for internal and external departments.
- Monitor and improve time attendance and behavioral performance, overseeing staff personal and departmental KPIs.

12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager/MD.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3 years' experience in the jewelry industry

**Working : Mon. - Thu. 08:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Fri. 08:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.**

**Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays ( As determined by the company)**
