**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide the correct information on air freight processes to customers.
- Deal with, and develop relationship with carriers.
- Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.
- Monitor bookings & planning to ensure efficient consolidation.
- Maintain and keep air freight process smoothly flowing.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to external customer.
- Coordinate with other department on operational activities, issues resolution, process implementation, and performance improvement according to company policies.
- Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- 5-7 years experience in Shipping/Airline/Freight Forwarder/Logistics business. Import & Export knowledge will be an advantage.
- Working experience and knowledge from a multinational freight forwarder.
- Good command of English and able to speak and write Chinese will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, service-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Management skills.
