Air Freight Reservation Division Manager

- ** Job Description**:
- Oversee process of cargo reservation to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.
- Process management & SOP preparation.
- Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
- Liaise with air carriers on space bookings & rates negotiation.
- Handling of cargo claims with customers & airlines.
- Liaises closely with overseas offices to arrange & coordinate transit shipments.
- Analyse profit & loss reports and take corrective action when required.
- Supevise process of cargo reservation, ensure the consolidation efficiency is performed.
- Monitor & feedback to airlines in case of their service quality cannot meet customer's satisfaction and/or when irregularity occurred.
- Monitor & follow up claim process with airlines when damage occurred.
- ** Requirement**:
- 【Must】
- Male or Female 35 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in air freight forwarding industry, customs operations.
【Other】
Good knowledged of Thai customs regulation, Air frieght forwarder business.
Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
Good services mind and ability to motivate and work in fast moving, pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal management skills.
Strong leadership skill, can manange large group of people.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.

- ** Holiday**:
- Mon - Fri 08.30 am - 05.30 pm,
- Sat : 09.00 am - 12.00 pm (Work alternate Saturdays เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
