Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled in merchandising management for an international fashion retail company. They are actively looking for **_Head of Merchandising _**to support the business.

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with seasonal buying and overall business targets.
- ** Budget Management**: Oversee the creation and management of M-Plan/OTB budgets, collaborating closely with the merchandising team to optimize product buying for each season.
- ** Category Management**: Manage and review category assortments, pricing, and margin structures, while also overseeing distribution plans to maximize profitability and market share.
- ** Vendor Relations**: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with Principals, coordinating and collaborating on brand and product performance from selection to delivery and marketing/selling.
- ** Data Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive analyses on sales, markdowns, sell-through percentages, market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Daily and weekly monitoring of sales performance, stock levels, allocation plans, and incoming goods. Take proactive measures to address issues and optimize results.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and oversee the merchandising team, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and individual KPIs while fostering their professional development.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, visual merchandising, and operations for seamless coordination and effective implementation of retail strategies

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Merchandising in Retail or similar industry.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Management Business, Economics, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong in leadership, conflict management, and business orientation.
- High efficiency and Strong multi-tasking management, interpersonal, analytical and people skills
- Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai
