**Major areas of responsibility**

Sales
- Meeting sales targets and country budgets
- Responsible for relationship with the customers and customer maintenance
- Examining the scope and the fluctuations of the customers’ shipments
- Developing new markets, locating potential customers and business opportunities
- Providing high quality service to the Company’s customers
- Initiating steps to improve the level of customer service
- Identifying future risks
- Reducing dependency on large/global customers
- Supporting negotiations and signing annual agreements with significant customers and supporting complex agreements

Management
- Management of the sales team, monitoring performance based on KPIs
- Set Weekly meetings with the teams
- Follow-up of the team’s professional knowledge level and support and training as needed
- Support for the team during meetings and providing feedback to the salespeople after the meetings
- Regular management of the sales processes with customers and tenders
- Analyzing the market in coordination with Trade and Capacity team to define marketing activity
- Creating business plan in order to reach targets

Collections and Logistics
- Assistance with the financial and collection system in complex cases
- Finding and customizing operational / logístical solutions based on customer needs

Others
- Any tasks as assignment by Country Sales Manager

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry ( Logistics, Freight Forwarding Service) with at least 2-3 years in management level

Sales Background is a must.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
