2. Legal Professional Consultancy Work- Provide expert legal advice and support on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence, negotiation, drafting of transaction documents, regulatory compliance, and post-merger integration.
- Provide other expert legal advice and consultancy services to clients, encompassing a wide range of legal matters including corporate, commercial, labor, intellectual property, competition, and compliance laws.

3.Professional Business Development- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base and revenue streams.

4.The Company's Platform Development and Target Company Sourcing- Based on investment requests from investors, Involve and train junior members within the team in searching, evaluating, and contacting target companies in order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth potential.
- Responsible for developing and implement new strategies/approaches in sourcing;
- Proactively identify potential M&A opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry events, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks, advisory firms, and other intermediaries.
- Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and facilitate deal execution.

5. In-House Lawyer- Oversee all legal matters for the Thailand office, ensuring compliance with relevant corporate and regulatory laws.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks and liaise with government authorities as needed.
- Manage corporate documentation, including maintenance of corporate records, licenses, and compliance requirements.
- Support in legal and operational issues related to internal and external stakeholders on daily business operations and strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or higher with outstanding academic credentials and Thai lawyer’s license
- Excellent English Level, especially in writing and drafting abilities

- Good command of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook**English Level**:
