Job Title: Senior Lawyer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
ARV function groups, ARV subsidiaries and outsourced legal counsels.
- Supervising and managing a team of two lawyers;
- Perform full range of legal services, provide advice and recommendations on legal and regulatory issues;
- Draft, review and revise agreements and legal documents in order to support operations of ARV Group entities;
- Negotiate legal and contractual matters with 3rd party on behalf of the ARV Group entities and provide legal input on complex

matters in order to achieve successful outcome of the project;
- Provide detailed/ ad-hoc advice and guidance to clients on legal matters, based on a full understanding of the matter and

including detailing options and consequences, to enable the client to take the optimum legal and commercial decision;
- Prepare legal training materials with ability to facilitate as a trainer to conduct training activities if necessary;
- Advise all relevant and applicable laws, regulations for new projects and investment in establishing projects/business;
- Provide a ‘help desk’ service to stakeholders on a wide range of legal, rules and regulations matters;
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and provide periodic reports to ARV Leadership Team on the impacts of

new laws on business;
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law;
- at least 10 yrs of professional experience in practicing law as an attorney in an international law firm or multinational

company, (experience in both law firm and as in-house lawyer would be an advantage);
- A self-starter, well organized, structured and systematic thinking, detail and quality-oriented;
- Resourceful, open-minded, adopts a growth-mindset, works well under pressure, perseveres;
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity and respectful behavior;
- Possess interpersonal skills, communicates succintly, provides and welcomes constructive feedback;
- Be a role model to team members for the abovementioned qualities;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai;
- Passionate about technology.
