**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Thai Lawyer with 5+ years’ experience working in a law firm in Corporate with expertise in Foreign Business Licenses and all BOI related matters and related laws
- Expertise in Corporate and regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, M&A, legal and land due diligence, factory licenses and IEAT permits is an advantage
- Excellent academic background from a Top University is preferable
