Lead Purchasing

We are the global leader in the design and manufacture of Microconnectors, RFID Antennas and Inlays.

Our products are at the core of the constantly-evolving smartcard market - from smartphones, transport cards, identity cards and passports, to contact and contactless transactions, biometrics, access, and more. Currently, we open a new positions as Lead Purchasing/ Senior Purchasing.

The Lead Purchasing/ Senior Purchasing will report to the Local Purchasing Manager of the site. Your main tasks will be:

- Oversee activities related to the procurement of Indirect Materials, parts, components, facility services, equipment, Tooling, Jig & fixture and MRO.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
- Purchase in critical and complex items that required experiences. Provide market information and analysis (pricing/availability/lead-time/options) in wide range of products to customers upon request.
- Analyze suppliers’ quotation and support in cost down activities
- Implement Indirect sourcing activities to support business objectives
- Implement and improve indirect buying process under global policy, process and strategy. Implement and improve indirect buying tools/systems, working instructions in the regions to fulfill company internal audit, compliance and external audit requests
- Supporting all sourcing activities and company wide commitments including the review, negotiations, and acquisition of the targeted indirect Spend categories.
- Manage contract review/negotiation with existing/new suppliers and obtain best terms (quality, price, and quantity, delivery) to meet current and future requirement.
- Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by inputting purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and verifying all transactions.

Interface with Supplier, Client’s Expeditor, and User Department to ensure on time delivery for critical items by regularly reviewing the progress report.

With a master degree in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or similar, you demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment. You are able to design and understand CAD drawing specifications. Experienced in project management, you are able to coordinate tasks among different departments in autonomy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.

**Experience**:

- 5 year experience in purchasing job function ,
- 5+ Experience in Indirect Material Purchasing in multinational company

**Requirement**:

- Professional understanding of SCM, Purchasing policies and procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication and consulting skills
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Advanced skills with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Stress resistant, flexible, well-mannered and possessing leadership skill.
- Sourcing, Negotiation Skill, Cost Analysis and Decision Making
- Good Relationship
