A 4-week training course begins on Monday the 28th of November. This course is fun, but very intense. It represents a lot of value for anyone working in sales and we provide it free of charge. You will receive an allowance to cover costs and lunch, snacks, drinks will be provided for. After 4 weeks of training you will be hired as a Licensing Manager (you will be required to pass a final exam). Topics: - Music copyrights - ownership structure, traditional music licensing, legal safety and contracts. - New licensing models - the Epidemic Sound story, rights management and music rights clearing - The future; automated rights management systems and monetization in social media - Media landscape - the 4 kinds of media and categories of music users and providers - Sales and product training - including presentation skills, workflow, lead research, handling of objections and feedback, client relationships - Musical genres - a historical overview with a lot of fun music examples Tests will be administered continuously and you should have no problem passing the final exam if you attend all training days. A diploma for a completed course will be issued and we expect you to accept being hired in a position as a Licensing Manager (even though we hope that you will accept being hired, it is not an obligation from your side for participating in the course). Once you begin as a Licensing Manager, intense training will continue for another 1-3 months and occasionally throughout the employment. Salary as a permanent Licensing Manager starts from 20,000 Bt/month plus commissions ranging from around 10,000 - 50,000 per month on average but with a chance to earn substantially more if certain conditions are met. Base salaries increase continuously based on the size of your client portfolio, eg you benefit from a compound effect that allows you to build a high and stable income long-term. This is an extremely independent job where you can more or less "be your own boss" while we also work as a team to evaluate and discuss customer proposals as well as developing our skill sets and our ability to solve problems with daily staff meetings over video (and Friday dinners and drinks at least once a month). We typically work from our office 2-3 days per week while at other times you may visit customers or work from home. This position is based in Bangkok. Working hours are a flexible 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Once fully trained you may work from home part time.
