**Role Purpose**:

- To be a channel specialist in Modern trade and E-Commerce channels with rigid channel and category strategies and action plans.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Developing channel strategy and action plans regarding 4Ps and leading the overall GTM, category, and shopper agenda for the responsible category.
- Providing analysis and insights from Trade Data, Nielsen, Hatch, and C Smart to create the selling story for Category Development & Channel Development.
- Implementing channel execution plans and ensuring effectiveness to achieve sales target, distribution, budget, marketing campaign objectives, category strategy, and in-store execution excellence.
- Developing in-store & online activation including premium and POP materials to support the campaign and meet the campaign objectives.
- Managing trade investment spending for responsible channels and categories efficiently.
- Working closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functions to drive channel execution plan and achieve the most effective results.
- Providing monthly sales briefs with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of in-store promotion, visibility, and perfect execution.
- Monitoring and evaluating trade promotion programs with financial and combined aspects to clearly define key learnings for future improvement and opportunities.
- Developing NPD launch execution plans to serve brand objectives and strongly drive NPD performance.
- Leading category and business review including Category reset and creating category growth strategy and action plans with key customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Business related area (preferred).
- Worked in the FMCG industry in sales and trade marketing areas.
- At least 5 years experience.
- Experience in performing related roles within trade marketing functions with a proven record.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong skills in communication, influencing, and collaboration.
- Strong skills in English communication (both speaking and writing) are a mandated requirement.
