- Handle daily operation and try to finish all tasks on time
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Escalate the problems to the appropriate support teams
- ** Requirement**:

- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree any filed
- 2-5 years experiences in call center or customer service
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to carry out all responsibilities with mínimal guidance in an accurate and effective manner
- Willing to follow set processes and if a process requires change, provide the manager with the requested improvement before implementing it.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to develop skills and knowledge necessary for the performance of this role.
- Ability to keep the company’s best welfare and interest in mind always.
- Operate a personal computer and a variety of computer software including MS Office.
- Maintain consistent regular attendance and a professional appearance and manner.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
- Basic command of English

- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
