**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for information technology relate to - Minor Hotel Group including IT policies, implementation new site and operation support. Provide IT solutions to meet the needs and requirements of business.

Understand business systems Hospitality arena to provide the solution with competitive advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Identify, prioritize, approve and monitor IT project assignment. Ensure appropriate formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and deliverable based on IT projects assigned to meet both customer needs and requirements.
- Assist in implementation IT systems and network to support Hotel business projects.
- Assist with providing systems and network infrastructure management, administration, including maintaining, configuration, service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, restoration of service, virus protection management and completion of documentation.
- Assist in project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
- Assist prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
- Establishes systems & network specifications and policies.
- Establishes systems & network environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Participate in property-level, corporate-initiated technology implementations as required.
- Operation support for any systems related.
- Perform other special projects as required by the IT Director, Hotels Projects and Operations or other MINOR key business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or any related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in IT systems and network.
- Good experience in system, network and security design and implementation.
- Proficiency in formal systems and network design, implementing in hotel opening and operational support.
- Technical management, technical understanding, analyzing information, informing others, problem solving, data center management, coordination, quality management
- Good human relation skills to effectively interact with personnel throughout the information technology and customer departments with good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a changing environment under pressure and within challenging timescales.
- Good in English language both spoken and written.
- Personal behaviors and values that demonstrate the adoption of MINOR core values of Customer Focus, Results Oriented, People Development and Be Innovative.
