We are searching for an experienced AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) System Manager for our client who is one of the leading companies in the world that offers a full suite of rail electronics solutions including command, control and communications, automatic fare collection and platform screen doors, and passenger information systems with customers that span Asia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Has strongly experiences in AFC system functions and business rules.
- Support design document submission and site supervision for equipment installation.
- Lead and control AFC system, procurement and testing & commissioning activity.
- Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation.
- Communicate at all levels with the project/management organization and work with teams within the project to resolve project and interface issues.

- Able to communicate well and manage customer expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in AFC System or Ticketing System Environment.
- Has strong technical skills and the ability to resolve issues.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office is a must.
