**Key responsibilities**
- Directly responsible for selling consulting services (Architecture, Engineering Design, Project & Construction Management) to achieve targets and KPI for the BRE Market each year, including responsibility for targeting new business, and managing key accounts.
- Follow all Business Development practices and procedures.
- Directly responsible for reporting to the Group Marketing Manager and Group General Director regarding new business, pipeline, commercial developments and new prospects.
- Responsible for working with relevant technical Directors for pricing, tendering, proposal development, scheduling and other negotiations regarding project sales and development.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts and associates within the industry and undertake all necessary socialisation, meetings and event attendance to build and maintain industry connections.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients for new business.
- Manages clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and on-time payment of commercial fees.
- Ensures proper communication of all necessary information is transmitted internally to the Director/Manager responsible for production in order to ensure the smooth transfer of the client to the production team.

**Education**
- Degree qualifications in a related technical field or Business Administration.

**Experience and Skills**
- Substantial relevant industry experience and a proven track record of achieving high sales targets in a very competitive, service-based environment.
