**Location**:Thailand, Bangkok
**Position Summary**:
This position will crucial to organization to help and support administrative and organizational support to marketing team and others. You will need to facilitate, support and coordinate with others departments and stakeholders to ensure that we have seamless coordination and communication in our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receptionist at front desk of the office and company telephone
- Coordinate with other departments for each visitor and inbound call from company telephone.
- Support administrative task in which related to internal marketing (employee engagement) and external marketing (customer engagement).
- Indirect procurement task handling and optimize the indirect material cost.
- Support customer experience team on day to day task related to our installers.
- Help sales team to manage office stock. Being a gatekeeper for inbound and outbound of inventory (location 511) at the office.
- Coordinate with supply chain team on product claim from direct channel.
- Other assignments related to internal and external marketing tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Strong service mind** **and excellence interpersonal skills
- Have working skill and knowledge on administration and customer care handling.
- Attention to detail, Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Business communication, customer contact, and coordination skills
- English proficiency is a plus
