- Sales & Marketing Coordinator (EC section) (25K-30K) (SDG-90359)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย (ฝ่าย EC)-
- Handling entire E-commerce business.
- making marketing plan, working with agencies to create web advertisement, coordinate packing and delivery to customers, communicate with customers, etc.
- To perform all sales assistant duties of the company.
- Handling entire E-commerce business.
- Coordinates packing and delivery to customers.
- Negotiations to consumers and companies associated with the company.
- Working with agency to proceed the E-Commerce concerned project
- Counts and books inventory.
- Making quotations to the customers.
- Filing customer profiles.
- Creating sales promotional tools, creative designs, and conduct advertising.
- Monthly Content creative design
- Conduct company's Social Media; Facebook, IG, Twitter
- Any other duties as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 30 years old- Bachelor's degree in food science or marketing or equivalent
- More than 2 years working experience as EC-site staff in any industry
- Skill and sense for mathematics
- Conversational high level of English: able to communicate with stakeholders in the other countries (ex. Distributors, factories, marketing team in HQ, etc.)
- Proficient in using Excel and Power Point (can use shapes)
- Openness to work in small-setup company

- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขายทั้งหมดของบริษัท
- การจัดการธุรกิจ E-commerce ทั้งหมด
- ประสานงานการบรรจุและจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- การเจรจากับผู้บริโภคและบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท
- ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานเพื่อดำเนินโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ E-Commerce
- นับและจองสินค้าคงคลัง
- ทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- ยื่นประวัติลูกค้า
- สร้างเครื่องมือส่งเสริมการขาย, ออกแบบสร้างสรรค์, และดำเนินการโฆษณา
- การออกแบบสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหารายเดือน
- ดูแล Social Media ของบริษัท; Facebook IG Twitter
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 24 - 30 ปี- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Food Science หรือ Marketing หรือเทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 2 ปีในฐานะเจ้าหน้าที่ EC-site ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ทักษะและการรับรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง: สามารถสื่อสาร
- ับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในต่างประเทศ (เช่น ผู้จัดจำหน่าย, โรงงาน, ทีมการตลาดในสำนักงานใหญ่ เป็นต้น)
- สามารถใช้ Excel และ Power Point ได้ดี (สามารถใช้ shape ได้)
- เปิดกว้างในการทำงานในบริษัทขนาดเล็ก
