Sales Coordinator, Sales Support

In this position you report to Business Development Manager (Automotive).

**Your areas of responsibility**:
In order to take care of customer inquiries and provide sales support to Automotive Division, you would:

- Manage the sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, processing, and tracking.
- Proactively support the local and regional Business Development Managers with excellent customer service (work with SAP ERP system).
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.
- Manage the B2C eShops on Lazada and Shopee and report to the Regional eCommerce Manager.
- Support of customer promotions and marketing events.
- Participate in team meetings, customer visits and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all orders and customer inquiries.
- Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Technical or related field.
- Experience in sales administration or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive lubricants or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
