**Job Description**:
The position of F&B Sales Executive (F&B Concierge) in the hotel is unique and challenging. He/She performs multiple roles: as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative and public relation agent. They need to perform their duties with the utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guest’s expectation.
The F&B Sales Executive (F&B Concierge) is required to spend time in different areas of the hotel to provide information on daily F&B and hotel activities, and sell those activities. A positive attitude, full knowledge of the hotel and attention to detail are traits which our officers are required to have.
A F&B Sales Executive (F&B Concierge) is responsible for creating an atmosphere around his/her desk that welcomes people. The purpose is to communicate, to satisfy a tremendous need for personal service and develop a true sense of community.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Excellent upselling skills
- Passion for excellent service
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Good English speaking, listening and reading skills
