We are pleased to offer a Management Trainee opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Food & Beverage Division. That placement will start in Q1 2025 for 6 months.
- Secure a placement with a luxurious Five-Star hotel located in Bangkok

**Key Accountabilities**
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and event services, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
- Collaborate with F&B staff to provide effective training, motivation, and support, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement, addressing feedback and complaints with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring a seamless experience from conception to completion.
- Take part in special projects and initiatives related to F&B operations, such as identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall F&B performance

**General requirements**
- Excellent English and / or Mandarin communication (verbal, written)
- Senior students who had the experience in internship before
- The Peninsula Bangkok is open to international applicants for our operational opportunities.
- Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
