**Position Overview**
RecruitGo is in search of an Customer Relations Executive based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our client is a company in the business consulting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries professionally, identifying and addressing customer needs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, resolving product or service issues effectively, and preparing analytical reports on customer information.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in customer support, strong phone handling and active listening skills, familiarity with CRM systems, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize efficiently. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
