**Responsibilities**:
**Your day will be filled with**
- Lead team in day to day registrar process in maintaining investor’s records, process investor’s transactions and close day end in mutual fund registrar.
- Ensure that fund allocation process, policies and procedures are always followed.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as bank, securities and business units in managing registrar process
- Solve any registrar issues via proper advice to team and stakeholders and escalate issues timely to Head, Registrar and COO.
- Liaise with SEC legal report and coordinate with AIMC fund committee for all operation activities.
- Provide coaching/guidance to team.
- Perform other job-related duties and special project as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Mutual Fund Single License (IP) is required.
- 5+ years mutual fund registrar experience.
- Demonstrated experience in operations of clients data, voluminous transactions, accounting and/orbanking operations
- Computer literacy skills especially MS word and excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high teamwork spirit.
- Influential communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
