**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and lead the team of Client Service.
- Displays thorough knowledge of mutual products by providing clients with information to help them make investment decisions.
- Calms irate customers by exhibiting customer service skills/techniques and providing professionalism and courtesy to all callers.
- Adhering to legal requirements and utilizing product knowledge to facilitate financial and non-transactions.
- Providing telephone support to website users.
- Ensuring that all regulatory compliance issues related to accounting opening process, KYC CDD and Risk Suitability are adhered and complied to.
- Ensuring that direct client information is completed and accounted for.
- Coordinating in sending out all notifications to clients in regards to mutual fund notices and announcements that are required by law and regulation.
- Keeping track of all other administrative matter related to the Business Development Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above (Marketing, Finance and Banking, Business administration or related fields etc.) ,
- Good coordination skills and experienced in mutual fund businesses ,
- Good Financial and Investment Product knowledge particularly mutual funds,
- Good in English command and computer skill ( MS office),
- Strong in communication skills,
- Ability to work effectively under pressure,
- High responsible / Good at solving problems / Fast learner and Enthusiastic etc.
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Customer service orientation
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
