**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Learning and Development Strategy:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR team to identify organizational training needs and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Develop a robust learning and development strategy that encompasses various levels, functions, and locations within the organization.
- Establish and manage an annual training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Design and Deliver Training Programs:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Create and deliver effective training programs, both instructor-led and online, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Manage Learning and Development Projects:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of training projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and metrics, and make improvements as necessary.
- Team Management and Leadership:

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of learning and development professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with External Partners:

- Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry experts, and educational institutions to leverage external expertise and resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into the organization's training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a large international manufacturing firm.
- Strong background in instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information, influence stakeholders, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Thai languages, both written and verbal.
