Due to the increasing demand of our expertise, we are looking for a Senior (emphasis on strong back-end skills) web developer to join our team

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical leadership, feedback and mentorship to mid-level and junior developer
  • Work within a cross-functional product team to execute the roadmap for your team's product domain according to our product principles
  • Think big, start small, ship to learn, give our customers superpowers
  • Write clean, simple, well-tested code that is easy to understand and maintain
  • Review code written by other developers
  • Occasionally participate in customer feedback interviews lead by the product manager or designer to gain insights into our customer's experience of the product
  • Delivery of work using Agile and Scrum
  • Scoping and planning of tasks

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Back End technologies using PHP and MySQL (5+ years working experience)
  • Intermediate programming skills in Front End technologies such as CSS, HTML & JavaScript (2+ years working experience)
  • Experience in Javascript
  • Excellent knowledge of server technologies using Nginx & Apache
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum
  • Docker
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Zen Cart and WooCommerce
