About the role
This position is ideally suited to a high-performing sales leader seeking to transition into broader country leadership. While the team and scope are currently lean, the ambition is to scale rapidly, offering exceptional career growth for the right individual.
Lead and manage the Thailand business with full accountability for profit and loss performance.
Develop and execute local commercial strategies aligned with regional priorities to drive sustainable revenue and market share growth.
Manage end-to-end relationships with distributors and key accounts across the pharmacy and health & beauty channels, including, Category Management, Forecasting excellence, Stock Management, Trade spend allocation and ROI optimisation
Ensure robust regulatory compliance and quality assurance in partnership with local and regional stakeholders.
Oversee marketing activation and in-store execution, ensuring strong brand visibility across all channels.
Lead supply chain planning and operational coordination to ensure optimal inventory levels and fulfillment performance.
Coach and manage a small but growing local team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and high performance.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a high-potential market from the ground up within a globally recognised consumer healthcare company. You will have the autonomy to lead, the support to succeed, and a clear path to progress from Sales Leadership to Country General Management.
7-10 years’ experience in commercial roles, ideally in the consumer healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated success managing distributor and key account relationships in Thailand’s traditional retail trade; experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to manage full P&L with a strong grasp of financial metrics and operational levers.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with the resilience and agility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting, trade spend management, and performance optimization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English and Thai is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
