- Be a strong advocate to execute campus recruitment and brand strategy through career fair, networking sessions and any other related events
- Identify internal and external campus ambassadors to build strong engagement in campus activities
- Manage a portfolio of colleges/universities career centres and faculties to continuously build and cultivate partnership to strengthen campus presence
- Establish relationship with students, alumini group, student leaders and clubs to enable Seagate as employer choice
- Promote employer branding initiatives through various channels and social media such as university career sites, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc. #entrylevel

**About you**:

- We are seeking an HR Talent Acquisition professional who will take on our role in campus recruitment within Thailand. This position will be based in Seagate’s Teparuk Site and will provide extensive interaction with Seagate’s broader HR teams & talent acquisition and hiring managers**Your experience includes**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to deliver campus engagements and initiate recruitment marketing
- Confidence to function with limited supervision and independent
- Good with Data Analytical by using Microsoft Excel (Ex. Pivot Table and V-look up)

- Home to over 4,000 employees, our Teparuk site specializes in producing nano-recording heads—a crucial component for the read/write functionality of hard disk drives.
