- 1. ร่วมจัดทำและวางแผนการรักษาความปลอดภัย

1.1 ทำแบบฟอร์มการตรวจสอบการทำงานของรปภ.

1.2 ป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุและลักทรัพย์

1.3 ตรวจการให้บริการของบริษัทรปภ.

2. ร่วมจัดทำและวางแผนการรักษาความสะอาด

2.1 ทำแบบฟอร์มการตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานทำความสะอาด

2.2 ตรวจการทำงานของพนักงานทำความสะอาดให้ห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบสะอาดอยู่เสมอ

3. ร่วมจัดทำและวางแผนการดูแลต้นไม้โดยรอบ

3.1 ทำแบบฟอร์มการตรวจสอบการทำงานของคนสวน

3.2 ตรวจการทำงานของคนสวนให้ต้นไม้โดยรอบสวยงามสมฐูรณ์

4. ร่วมจัดทำและวางแผนการซ่อมบำรุง

4.1 ตรวจสอบแบบฟอร์มการตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่อยู่ในโครงการ

4.2 ตรวจสอบตารางตรวจเช็คเครื่องจักรประจำวันตามเวลาที่กำหนด

4.3 หากพบสิ่งผิดปกติ ให้ดำเนินการสั่งการให้ซ่อมแซมทันที และแจ้งให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบ

4.4 ตรวจสอบตารางปฏิบัติงาน Preventive Maintenance ตามแบบแผนงานที่กำหนด

5. จัดทำแผนการตรวจสอบระบบการทำงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. ตรวจสอบการจัดทำสรุปรายได้รายจ่ายค่าสาธารณูปโภคประจำเดือนส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบ

7. คิดวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอแผนลดค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนของoutsource และ งานซ่อมบำรุง

8. ทำแผนประหยัดพลังงานเพื่อลดต้นทุนของการบริหารงาน

- 1. เพศชายอายุ 35 - 45 ปี
2. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการบริหารงานอาคารหรือบริหารศูนย์การค้า 5 ปีขึ้นไป
4. มีทักษะในด้านการวางแผน การบริหารจัดการทีมงาน และความเป็นผู้นำ
5. หากมีความรู้ด้าน Facility Management จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
