Head of Regional Marketing

**Job Purposes**:
- Set up strategies and policies, and manage overall creative marketing, including provide advice, recommendations, and problem solving about marketing to staffs and organization, and monitor overall profit and loss, operating cost in branch and organization, to ensure marketing operations aligning with organization need and current situation, and achieve main policy effectively**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Set up strategies, policies, and development of marketing operations to ensure effective policies and operations compared to opponents aligning with organization strategies and current situation
- Set up strategies and directions for advertising, public relations, and marketing activities of branch and organization, including build relationship with advertising production agency and mass communication to create collaboration in strategic operations and support operation creatively
- Manage overall profit and loss, and operating cost for marketing operations in branch and organization to ensure marketing operation within approved budget aligning with policy and main goal of the organization
- Manage marketing operations, including set up plans, concepts, formats, and sales promotion annually to drive gross sales and income of branch and organization effectively
- Follow up marketing movement and situation of opponents to plan for strategies and policies of creative marketing effectively and achieve main goal and policy of the organization
- Develop, apply, and improve marketing operations to operate effectively aligning with current situation
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of responsible experience in related field and 5-7 years of team management
- Have strong understanding in marketing related to organization business
- Have good English skills, especially reading, and writing
- Have good computer skills
- Have good communications and good human relations
- Be patient and able to coordinate
- Be creative
