- **Ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and contractors is not compromised by monitoring adherence to safe working practices and conditions.**:

- **Assure correct implementation of the Company’s Business Management System by employees, subcontractors and other third parties during day to day activities being performed on and offshore.**:

- **Assist in the planning, scheduling and performance of internal and external Safety inspections and audits.**:

- **Participate in and contribute to risk workshops, job hazard analyses, Toolbox meetings and other safety meetings with employees and other parties, as appropriate.**:

- **Identify and report on safety related issues and problems.**:

- **Initiate, recommend and ensure solutions to identified problems.**:

- **Participate in near miss and incident investigations and ensure follow up of recommendations.**:

- **Set an example for other staff for adherence to the Business Management System.**
